Kidney Research Network

Data Analysis & Clinical Coordinating Center
The KRN Data Analysis and Clinical Coordinating Center (DACC) consists of services housed at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. A partnership between key specialists with nephrology trials expertise is joined by the academic research organization at UM called SABER.
Together the DACC performs as a full-service Coordinating Center (CRO/ARO) with services including statistical design and analyses, project management, recruitment planning and execution, clinical monitoring, training and quality assurance, and design and maintenance of databases, registries and websites.
A summary of service options can be reviewed here.
The KRN benefits from a Patient Advisory Board to support the prioritization of projects, review and revision of patient-directed communications, study design and dissemination strategies. Additional partnerships within the biomedical research community include those established with a multitude of basic, genetic, translational and clinician scientists.
